It was not so long ago when we had seen each other. It was nice to see you again. I never knew that you were the one who would stick with me for the longest time. I still remember those days when you used to look at me with the most loving eyes while I looked in another direction. I had a dream of my own and I knew a different path that I would take. You never lost that loving look towards me - I knew you loved me so much that I took you and your love for granted.
Sorry if there were times when I had to decide on my own and do my thing. I knew that what happened were for the best of both our worlds. Now that I am back, I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to do my best to love you.
I may not have the grandest ways to say "I love you" nor the best actions to show I cared, I hope that somehow you felt the love I have shown.
Time may have been cruel to both of us to let our love fall apart, I know that we can still pick up where we left off with our lives. Thank you for the times you have spent with me, for the quality time like no other that I could wish for... I can only hope for the best for both of us from now till we both grow old.
